Should homosexual couples in Chile be allowed to adopt children?

Homosexual couples are as competent heterosexual couples to adopt children, they are able to
achieve the requests that society impose.

One of the requests couples should achieve to adopt a child is to be married. Same-sex couples are
allowed to get a civil union and been seen as a matrimony. This year, senate approved a draft law
to grant homosexual couples the right to get married.
