“A Golden Key to an Inexhaustible Treasure”
Going for Refuge and Generating Bodhichitta
I go for refuge until I am enlightened to
The Buddha, Dharma, and Supreme Assembly,
To accomplish the welfare of myself and others
I shall generate the mind of enlightenment.
The buddhas and bodhisattvas dwelling in
The ten directions, please listen to me.
For the sake of complete enlightenment
I shall generate the mind of enlightenment.
Generating Special Motivation
To accomplish the welfare of all living beings
I must have an abundance of inexhaustible resources,
For this purpose I shall engage in the
Meditation and recitation of Arya Dzambhala.

Blessing the Outer Offerings should place a drop of water on your tongue using your ring finger
OM VAJRA AMRITA KUNDALI HANA HANA HUM PHAT to receive attainments and then sprinkle some water in the four
cardinal directions. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra and share
OM SÖBHAWA SHUDDHA SARWA DHARMA SÖBHAWA the remaining water for others to enjoy.

Everything becomes emptiness. Dedication
From the state of emptiness, from OM comes vast and extensive By this virtue may I quickly
jeweled vessels inside which are OMs which melt into light and Attain the state of Arya Dzambhala
transform into offering substances, water for drinking, water for And lead every living being to
the feet, flowers, incense, lights, perfume, food, and music which His very state.
are radiant, unobstructed, and equal the extent of space.
OM ARGHAM AH HUM Auspicious Prayer
OM PADÄM AH HUM Through the blessing of the root and lineage gurus
OM PUPE AH HUM May there be the auspiciousness of virtue at all times
OM DHUPE AH HUM And may the Lord of Wealth, the Supreme Dzambhala
OM ALOKE AH HUM Accomplish every enlightened action
OM GÄNDHE AH HUM and send down a rain of attainments.

OM VAJRA AMRITA KUNDALI HANA HANA HUM PHAT

SHUDDHO HAM
Everything becomes emptiness.
From the state of emptiness, from BHRUM emerges a precious
jeweled vessel inside which accomplished from five kinds of jewels
is a celestial mansion complete with all the characteristics. It is a
great treasure of jewels that fulfills all of your desires according to
your wishes. Within it, from PAM emerges a four-petalled lotus
together with a corolla and stamen. In its center from AH emerges
a moon mandala upon which is a white syllable DZAM from
which light rays radiate making offerings to all arya beings and
dispelling the suffering of living beings. These light rays collect

I prostrate to Glorious Dzambhala
A mass of rainbows like a youthful crystal jewel you are
Perfectly enveloped in the nine moods of a powerful Raksha
As you send down a rain of desired attainments.
Water Offering to Dzambhala
Bless the saffron water with the three syllables OM, AH, HUM.
I offer this pure water with eight special qualities.
It transforms into a rosary of pearls which
Eases the physical pain and suffering of their bodies
And they become endowed with bliss whereby a
Rosary of pearls emerges from their mouths
and a rain of attainments descends.
With this visualization pour clean water into a basin and recite the
following mantra a hundred times:

Praise
I prostrate to Glorious Dzambhala
A mass of rainbows like a youthful crystal jewel you are

If you have an image [of the deity], absorb the wisdom being into
it and collect the commitment being into yourself. If you don’t have
an image, you should request the wisdom beings to depart. You

all the wealth, resources, endowments, and all things excellent
in the three worlds which dissolve into the syllable DZAM. This
completely transforms and emerges as Arya Dzambhala. He has
a white-colored body like a mountain of crystal and glistening as
though embraced by the radiance of a thousand suns. He has one
face, two hands, and a peaceful demeanor with a slightly wrathful
expression. He has three eyes, his golden hair is streaming upward,
and his moustache and eyebrows flutter. His right hand holds a
three-pointed katvanga and his left a jeweled club. He is adorned
with a jeweled crown ornament, earrings, choker, rings, necklace,
skirt, bangles, and anklets. He wears white silken garments that
cover his shoulders and the upper part of his body as well as a
lower garment of five-colored silk. He sits in the vajra posture
upon a glorious blue turquoise dragon.
On the eastern petal, from HUM emerges a vajra marked by a
HUM from which emerges Vajra Dakini the color of the sky. She
has one face and two hands. Her right hand holds a golden vajra
and her left holds the wealth substance of pure samaya.
In the south, from TRAM emerges a jewel marked by a TRAM
from which emerges golden Ratna Dakini. She has one face and
two hands. Her right hand holds a precious jewel and her left a
vase.
In the west, from PAM emerges a lotus marked by a PAM from
which emerges red Padma Dakini. Her right hand holds a lotus
and her left a hook.
In the north, from KHAM emerges a sword marked by a KHAM
from which emerges green Karma Dakini. Her right hand holds a
double vajra and her left a jewel-spitting mongoose.
They are all adorned with jewels and silken garments. Their right
legs are bent and left outstretched in a dancing posture.
The Principal and retinue have an OM at their crown, an AH at
their throat, and a HUM at their heart. In the center of the heart
of the Principal is a moon seat upon which is a white syllable
DZAM from which light rays radiate. Those radiating light rays

instantly invoke the Principal Arya Dzambhala the four dakinis
in his retinue as well as buddhas, bodhisattvas, heroes, rakshas,
and wealth deities from their natural abodes such as Sukhavati,
Potala, and so forth to this very place.
Invoking the Wisdom Beings
At this point, burn sweet smelling incense while playing melodious
music [with your tantric implements].
OM! Through the power of your great compassion
Please come to this place of pure commitments
From the expanse of space of the unproduced Dharmakaya
In a form body as clear as a rainbow in the sky.
In particular, as an emanation of the heart of
Powerful Chenrezig, come to this place as
Powerful Dzambhala from your palace on Potala Mountain
In the southern direction of Dzambuling.
You and your retinue of dakinis
The beautiful maidens in a dancing posture
That send down a rain of all things desired
Come to this place in this very instant.
OM ARYA DZAMBHALA SAPARIWARA É HAYA HÉ /
DZA, HUM, BAM, HO
They become nondual.
Once again, light rays radiate and invoke the five lineages of
empowering deities and their retinue.
OM PANTSA KULA SAPARIWARA ARGHAM, PADYAM,
PUPÉ, DHUPÉ, ALOKE, GHANDE, NEWIDE, SHAPTA,
PRATITZA SÖHA
OM SARWA TATHAGATA ABHIKINTSA TUM MAM
Having been supplicated in this way they recite:
OM VAJRA BHAWA ABHI KINTSA HUM

As they recite this they bestow the empowerment through the
crown of their heads whereby their bodies are filled, their stains
are purified, and the excess water overflows. The excess water on
the crown of the head of the Principal becomes Amitabha, on
Vajra Dakini it becomes Akshobya, on Ratna Dakini it becomes
Ratnasambhava, on Padma Dakini it becomes Amitabha, and on
Karma Dakini it becomes Amoghasiddhi.
Outer Offerings
This excellent heavenly offering substance
Arisen from the dependent-relationship
I offer to please the Lord of Wealth and his retinue;
Please accept it and bestow attainments.
