Sub: Landscape Development at our plant in Khamano, Chandigarh

Dear Mr. Bhattacharyya,

We are pleased to issue the work order for Landscape development at our plant in Khamano for the above
mentioned project.

We refer your quotation and subsequent discussions you had with us , We are pleased to confirm you our
order on the following terms and conditions :-

1. 2'WX2'D X 1'-6"H Planter to be made on both sides of water fountain.

2. Plantation in the planters to be done with all soil preparation, treatment with anti termite medicine
and mixing of organic fertilizer. Ever green foliage of sun-loving variety as Ficus benjamina, Ficas
risnold, hamelia patens, clorodendrom inirme and creeper like ficas pumali, quasqulis indica,
antigonan etc. to be planted.
3. Grassing of Selection number 1 has to be done on all over the lawn area.
4. All plumbing and electrical work to be done as required for the smooth functioning.
5. The overall aesthetic of the garden will be subject to the client’s approval and the contractor
will provide minor alterations like additions / removal of some plants if required by the
client.

Work Schedule and Time Period

● Basic Civil work, Plantation, electrical, plumbing to be finished Work to be finished within 50 days
of release of advance
● Remaining finishing, testing and commissioning to be done with 90 days of release of advance
● 120 days DLP period(Defect liability period) is to be maintained in which the vendor will be liable to
rectify any defect related to civil works or services (electrical/plumbing) that comes up during this
period of time.

Fees
Rs. 47,30,000.00 to be paid inclusive of all taxes, freight and other charges.


Maintenance Period
● 120 days DLP period(Defect liability period) is to be maintained in which the vendor will be liable to
rectify any defect related to civil works or services (electrical/plumbing/planting) that comes up
during this period of time.
