Dear all,

It has been noticed that some people are coming to work very late. We have noticed
that despite of multiple warnings, many people are not paying attention to those
warnings.

Coming late to work causes inconvenience and hinders the smooth working of the
organization and reduced the productivity of the employee. All the staff members are
instructed to adhere to the policies of the organization regarding punctuality.

We expect you to co-operate with us for better and healthy working environment.

Office Time: 9.00 AM. Extra Time:10 MIN (9.10 AM)

Late make: 9.11 AM to 9.30 AM

Half day: Above 10.31 AM

For leaves, it is mandatory all employee that to take written leave sanction before 3-5
days.
