Warmest greetings from Mariano Marcos State University- College of Engineering!

This has the reference to the requirement of the Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Biosystems
Engineering of Mariano Marcos State University- College of Engineering for students to undergo On-
the-Job-Training for the minimum of two hundred and forty (240) hours in your office.

In this regard, we have chosen your office where our students will have their On-the-Job-Training
(OJT) on June- July 2019. We realize that academe- industry linkages through OJT of students is a
very important components of the educational system and we are confident that your office will be
able to provide nurture the necessary trainings and skills for our students.

Rest assure that before our trainees will be deployed they have signed a parents permit/waiver
concerning their OJT. A copy of it will forwarded to your office before the start of their OJT. May we
then request you to please accommodate the student listed below to undergo the OJT in your office:
