About Siva’s Book of 112 Meditations
Siva’s book is comprehensive and it comes with a guarantee: that anyone and everyone can find a suitable
meditation in its pages.
The commentaries herein are designed to explore some aspects of Siva’s sutras and to help the student use this
book as a practical guide to meditation.
The ‘Radiant One’ Siva addresses throughout is his consort, Parvati, who asks the questions which begin the
text:
Vigyan Bhairav Tantra was first published over 5,000 years ago.
Most of the meditations can be done in 15 to 20 minutes sessions, in the beginning, using a suitable timer,
while some are dynamic and take just moments.
