IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO FILL ONLINE APPLICATION

 Please read all the instructions given in the course notification for ‘How to fill your online
application’ carefully and then proceed further.
 Once you have registered and your profile has been created on our website, you can have
access to actual online application for various entries as per your eligibility criteria.
 For online application form, Click on ‘Apply’ online link given on your Dashboard. ‘Important
Instructions to Fill Online Application’ page will appear on your computer screen.
 Online Application form comprises of four parts.
(a) Personal Information (b) Communication Details
(c) Education Details (d) Details of Previous SSB
 Fill in all the fields in respective parts of online Application in ‘Capital Letters only’ and
click ‘Save & Continue’.
 On clicking ‘Save & Continue’ tab, next part of online application form will appear on the screen
and repeat the same procedure to fill all parts of online application form.
 After filling details of last segment, candidates will move to a page ‘Summary of your
Information’ wherein they can check the filled details. For editing details, if any, they can visit
previous page after clicking ‘Back to Previous Page’.
 Candidates must click on ‘Submit’ each time they open the application for editing any details.
 In case the candidates want to edit any information in online application after submission, they
can cancel the current application by going to ‘History of Application’/ ‘Apply online’, edit the
required details and ‘re-submit’ their Application before closing of online application.
 In case you open an already submitted application for editing before the last date and time for
closure of the application, please do not forget to 'submit' the same again. In case you
forget/do not resubmit or cancel the application, the same will be automatically submitted on
the last date of submission with data as entered during the last submission attempt. The
candidate will be responsible for any wrong data getting so submitted.
 Roll No will be generated after 30 minutes of closing of Online Application. The candidates will
take out two copies of their application having Roll Number 30 minutes after closure of online
application.
 One copy is required to be carried by the candidate for SSB interview and the second copy will
be retained for reference in future. Candidates are advised not to send any hard copy of the
application to Rtg Dte by Post.
 Click on continue to apply online
