What would you do If you are hired to turnaround this project as Chief

Transformation officer.
-As a CTO, I am having four alternatives to proceed with namely Continue with Meage, Go
with Processos Creativos, Go with Restinfor, Go with SVDI.
-I would give Meage another chance to prove its competency as it has by now done the risk
management efficiently. Meage’s hardware is more reliable and software needs to be
upgraded.
-Meage can work out things properly in given time by SQL upgradation and reduction in
transaction time.
- Also, setting up a new payment system would require more time.
- There is a need to bring in some organizational changes. User awareness and guides should
be in place to avoid any mistake on user’s part. Cards must be activated in time. It there is
failure in system, staff must be able to accept cash payments.

Add of your own.

- CASA XXI should give one more chance to Meage to rectify the technical glithes in
the software.
- Meage should specify its requirements and obligations from CASA XXI to avoid such
mishap to happen in the future.
