TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is with regards to the SEC application of the above stated name of organization. The CRS online
application failed to verify the name of our group due to similarities already registered into your
database.

Alpha Phi Omega is a service-oriented fraternal organization with chapters in variois universities and
colleges nationwide. Each chapter is assigned with a unique Greek name: eg. Beta Chi, Beta Delta, an in
our case, Beta Mu. Alpha Phi Omega – Beta Mu chapter is stationed at Aldersgte College.

In this regard, may we appeal to grant the name of our organization “Alpha Phi Omega – Beta Mu
Alumni Association” as it is a different group and shall be composed of APO alumni from Aldersgate
College.
