Note:

(i) Registration will be done as per Academic Calendar. For Registration, a student can register himself online through
Chankaya Portal using his Login ID Password during the online registration period mentioned in Academic Calendar.
After online registration, student has to download the registration form (in triplicate) and to be present in person in their
department to complete the registration process on physical reporting dates as mention in Academic Calendar. After
the due date of registration (Physical reporting dates): i) Late fine of Rs. 500/- (Five hundred) will be charged for next
three working days, & ii) Late fine of Rs. 5000/- (Five thousand) will be charged for next five working days. After that
Registration will not be permitted in any case.
(ii) B. Tech/ B Arch/ M.Sc. 1st Semester Registration & Start of Class and Mid Semester Examination proposed dates/
Schedule may change as per CSAB-2019 Admission Counseling Schedule.
(iii) M. Tech. / MURP 1st Semester Registration & Start of Class and Mid Semester Examination proposed dates/
Schedule may change as per CCMT-2019 Admission Counseling Schedule.
(iv) There shall be some adjustment in classes due to Festival/National Holiday.
(v) The above proposed dates for different academic and other activities are subject to adjustment/ rescheduling
depending on Institute’s Holidays to be notified and other inevitable circumstances.
