) (©) @ © 0 12.0 124 (a) ) 122 123 124 125 the form and nature of the Site; the extent and nature of the work, materials and goods necessary for the completion of the Works; the means of communication with and access to the Site; the accommodation he may require; and in general to have obtained for himself all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and all circumstances influencing and affecting his tender. Any information or document forwarded by the Government to the Contractor shall not relieve the Contractor of his obligations under the provisions of this clause. PROGRAMME OF WORK Within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the Letter of Acceptance by the Government, the Contractor shall submit to the S.0 for his approval - 2 work programme for the carrying out of the Works (hereinafter referred to as "Work Programme’) in such form and details as determined by the S.0. showing the detail activities of the Works so as to enable the Government to monitor the progress thereof. and general description in writing, of the arrangements and methods of construction which the Contractor proposes to adopt for the carrying out of the Works. The 8.0 shall within ---) days after receipt of the Contractor's programme: (approve the Work Programme in writing; or (i) reject the Work Programme in writing with reasons andlor request modifications; andior (ii) request the Contractor to supply further information to clarify or substantiate the Work Programme or to satisfy the S.O as to its reasonableness having regard to the Contractor's obligations under the Contract, PROVIDED THAT if none of the above actions is taken within the sald period Of esc (...) days the S.0 shall be deemed to have approved the Work Programme as submitted. ‘The Contractor shall upon receipt from the S.O any request under clause 12,2(i) oF (il) resubmit ‘@ modified Work Programme or prnvide further infrrmation as requested If at any time it should appear to the S.O that the actual progress of Works does not conform to the approved Work Programme referred to herein before the Contractor shall produce, at the request of the S.0., a revised Work Programme showing the modifications to the approved Work Programme necessary to ensure completion of the whole Works within the time for completion provided for in clause 39 hereof or extended time granted pursuant to clause 43 hereof The submission to and approval by the S.O or the $.0's Representative of ‘such Work Programme or the fumishing of such particulars shall not relieve the Contractor of any of his duties or responsibilities under this Contract.
