Entrepreneurial thinking is the ability to look differently from the rest of the world, but not
necessarily an inherent trait and can be developed or improved easily. It is more like a state of
mind that opens your eyes and allows you to improve your function. Most business ideas
require a firm commitment to a very narrow vision. This push encourages entrepreneurs to
take the steps needed to achieve this dream. The issue is that today's criteria can be blocked
and create a place to which your vision. This gives rise to anger and uncertainty that can
result in or worse stagnation.
Managerial mindset is to make decisions based on detailed (quantitative and qualitative) data
with analytical thinking. You work in diverse areas, with a worldly way of thinking and
collaborative thinking that serves diverse customers, with cultural and social insights.
The main difference between Entrepreneur and Manager is their role in the organization. An
entrepreneur is the owner of the company whereas a Manager is the employee of the
company. Entrepreneur is a risk taker; they take financial risk for their enterprise. The
entrepreneur has a vision and focuses on achievements and profit.
