Research Environment

This research will be conducted in University of Cebu- METC,

Mambaling Campus at Alumnos St., Cebu City. The research will be done

here in order to evaluate the effects of Facebook to the Academic

Performance of Academic Achievers in the Maritime Track.

Research Participants

The total number of students as of second semester is 1,681.The

participants of our study will be the academic achievers of all the strand in

the Senior High School in University of Cebu- METC, Mambaling Campus.

The researchers are to choose ten participants to answer the prepared

questionnaires. The researchers are to choose 10 participants to participate

in the study and in order to get these 10 participants, researchers will choose

5 from Grade-11 and 5 respondents from Grade-12. The sampling method

used in this study is purposive sampling method.
