1 Documents for the meeting will be issued in English only. In order to allow for proper
preparation, documents should be received by the Secretariat via email (htw@imo.org) in
Microsoft Word not later than Friday, 10 January 2020. Documents commenting on those
received by 10 January 2020 may be submitted up to Friday, 31 January 2020.
