Fill rate Following are the action taken to improve fill rate –

Structural change-

1.       Safety stocks norms revisited for all CRCs


a.       Up country CRC – 10 days(Safety stocks) – 15 days (Maxim
b.      Same City CRCs with TPL delivery - 5 days (Safety) - 10 days (Maximum)
c.       CRC located at far flung areas e.g Jammu, Gangtok & north east. 15 days (Safety)-2

a.       We have revised stocks norms from 19 days to 23 days in Q3 2019, then we again

a.        Locating late vehicle not reporting to WH as per SLAs.
