PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY II – REQUIREMENTS

Students have to fulfill all categories to pass the clinical component.

Category I – Diagnosis (Marks – 2)

Category II – Choose any two of the following categories (Total Marks = 8)

a) Any two restorations (Class I, II, III, V or strip crown) – 2 Marks each

b) Two Extractions (not simple) – 2 Marks each

c) Space maintainer – 4 Marks

Category III – Pulpotomy and SSC (Marks – 5 each, total = 10)

- Students should complete Category I and one other category prior to

the Midterm exam.
- The practical exam will be conducted within a time frame of two
weeks (from 08.04.2018 to 19.04.2018) and can be from any one of
the following procedures: Class II, Pulpotomy or SSC
