Indian‘ BARAUNI REFINERY i Ref.: GM (PN) / Office Order-05/04 13-May-2019 OFFICE ORDER Subject : “Condemnation of Redundant old Equipments” for compliance to ESA-9 recommendation in AVU I/II and old FGC in RFCCU ‘As per External Safety audit (ESA-9) conducted in Jan-2018 by OISD, disposal of redundant old equipments in AVU | & Il and old FGC in RFCCU is recommended. In this regard, various rotary and static equipments such a pumps, vessels, exchangers, including process piping etc to be Identified for dismantling, List of these equipments will be circulated to all refineries for any Possibility of re-utilization; however in absence of confirmation on firm usage, Condemnation of said equipments needs to be done in line of recommendation. To explore reuse of redundant equipment within BR, in other refineries or in new projects through RHQ (PS-PJ) and take confirmation, if any 3.
