Teaching Plan for the next 3 to 5 years

Last five years have witnessed drastic changes in the field of International Business.
The nature of business itself is highly dynamic as experimenters/researchers are
introducing innovations at fast pace. In order to effectively meet the modern
Industrial/Company requirement the latest trends & technology needs immediate
introduction in the syllabus of universities or colleges to let the budding Managers
keep informed and updated.

I have always aspired to serve the education delivery on the basis of demand and
supply. So far teaching is concerned I would surely like to bring changes in running
syllabi to provide a place where latest developments are included. In my area of
expertise, I would like to include training my students to fairly meet the future
expectations. The area of my interests along with important issues identified within
are listed below

Believing best of my realizations, being into systems of education since last long
years, I recorded that in most of B Schools students are being given exposure to
traditional topics and when they are promoted at senior positions in the Industry, they
require the art of managing the ongoing affairs since most of the managers lack
managerial skills and communication to address the issue appropriately and on
immediate basis for example industries keep facing crisis. In almost all the syllabi
across the world, the element of information on crisis management remain absent. It
startles me how any Management education can stand completed without the art of
crisis management? I believe … is a kind and type of Institutions which promote and
appreciate innovation and re-innovation either in content or in pedagogy
/methodology.

Following are the area of my interest which I want to introduce at the time of
interview interaction, with the detailed and apt modules, pedagogy and overall
spread of delivery.

 Diverse functionality of communication

 Cross cultural communication
 Technical communication – Application based aspects
 Computer mediated communication
 Social networking through internet
 Business communication
