Table 8 illustrated positive effects of Democratic Management Style in improving

the millennial employees’ performance of Development Bank of the Philippines.

With an average mean of 3.24 for the supervisor/s let the employees to work

independently to promote idealism and 3.34 for the supervisor/s help the millennial

employees to improve decision making skills in work.

It illustrates that the most effective way of improving the employee’s creativity on

their job is to helps to improve decision making skills in work by the supervisor/s. By the

help of supervisor/s, improving decision making skills of employees may lead to a good

outcome for work.

The table 9 present the mean summary of improving employee’s performance of

Development Bank of the Philippines.

As revealed in the table, all the criteria under employee’s performance were

interpreted by the respondents as high extent. These are Democratic leadership affects

your work output (WM=3.5) and Democratic leadership enables to finish your work

efficiently (WM=3.42). The computed weighted mean of 3.46 were verbally interpreted

by the respondents.
 It shows that millennial employees of Development Bank of the Philippines agree

that in terms of improving employee’s performance, Democratic leadership can affect

more employees work output rather than enables to finish the employees work

efficiently, Work output can lessen the burden of workload.

FINDINGS

Table 8 – The respondents answered strongly agree that supervisor/s must help to

improve employee’s decision-making skills rather than the supervisor/s let employees to

work on independently to promote idealism. Millennial employees of Development Bank

of the Philippines believe that improving decision making skills of employees may lead

to a good outcome for work.

Table 9 – In terms of improving employee’s performance, the respondents answered

strongly agree to democratic leadership can affect more employees work output rather

than enables to finish the employees work efficiently, Work output can lessen the

burden of workload.
