In view of my desire to and impart of knowledge, it is my honor to apply in your ever respected
and dignified school, Lanao Elementary School, as one of their respected elementary faculty
members. I hope that you would consider me as an applicant for Teacher 1.

I have accomplished the theory and training on various aspects of the teaching profession of
Cebu Technological University - Main Campus last March 30, 2017. I gained my degree in
Bachelor of Elementary Education major in Content Education specialized in Technology and
Livelihood Education. I experienced working at Cebu Technological University -Main Campus,
Graduate School- Online as an Office Assistant of the chairperson last October 20, 2017-March
28,2018. I also had a specialized training and received my National Certificate II (NCII) in
Computer Systems Servicing.

I experienced as a substitute teacher: Pilar Central School from January 3, 2019 - February 10,
2019, Esperanza Elementary School from February 26,2019-April 5,2019 and from July
1,2019-October 13,2019 and Pilar Central School from November 7, 2019-February 18,2020.
