Mariana, Quezon City, NCR, 1112, PH (ANNEX A) and 7685 St. Paul Road San Antonio Village, Makati, NCR, 1230, PH. with website www.feash.ph contacted me and my contact list through text messages and cellphone calls using the mobile number(s) 09774636385, 09230827792, 09159544963, 09230827792, and 09338265715: | have loaned Php10,000 and Php12,000 with CashLending and FastCash respectively and did not receive a copy of the contract; have received an amount of Php8960 and Php10300 from the said lending applications; The said lending applications asked me to pay Php11400 and Php13680 within 14 days: | have paid Phpt 1400 and P13680 on 28 April 2019 and 30 April 2019 (ANNEX B); | have uninstalled the said applications after successfully repaying my debts; On 15 May 2019, | was contacted through several phone calls by their respective Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), a certain MR. NICOLAS GUEVARRA of CashLending, and MS. KAYE SY of FastCash whose names | am not confident if true, that | still have to pay the said amounts; | have told them that | have already paid the said amounts; They have still hounded me text messages and phone calls despite informing them of my payment; | did not answer the phone calls anymore because the situation is not changing; (On 20 May 2019 and 21 May 2019, | was informed by my friends through Facebook messenger that the said lending applications has texted them informing them of my debt (ANNEX C); | DID NOT LISTED THEM AS ONE OF MY REFERENCE NUMBERS upon my application and DID NOT GIVE THEIR CONTACT DETAILS, The said lending applications has sent the same information to ALL OF MY CONTACT LIST including WRITTEN DEFAMATION, CHARACTER ASSASSINATION and THREATS of being blacklisted with the NBI and Police Clearance because of bad debt record (ANNEX D}; FastCash has allegedly transferred my account to JJC COLLECTION; UC COLLECTION has also sent information about my debt to all of my contacts and has threatened to ‘escalate to their Legal Department (ANNEX 0); ‘On 21 May 2019, the said lending applications, Fastcash through JJC COLLECTION, has contacted me through phone call and | have told them to halt this activity or see me in court to resolve this matter19. 20. 21 22, 23. 24. 26. 26. 27, ‘They still continued their harassment and character assassination; | have blocked their numbers changed my contact number to 08178646506 to avoid further harassment; On 01 June 2019, | have sent an email to Cashlending through help@unipeso.com and brucewoogstrong@amail.com, which were found at their official website and description at Google Playstore, and sent a text message through one of my contacts to [AN of JJC COLLECTION with phone no, (09230827792 informing them that | wll execute this complaint (ANNEX E); (On 03 June 2019, | received a reply from edmond@unipeso.com relaying the response from Dragon pay that | must submit the actual receipt so that they could coordinate the matter to their payment partner (ANNEX 5) | have sent them a copy of my payment but they did not accept the copy of payment that | presented; | haven't heard any response from JJC COLLECTION and FastCash: ‘They still continued their harassment and character assassination; ‘The acts of CashLending, FastCash and JJC COLLECTION has caused me an Anxiety Disorder and has strained my relationship with my contact list composed of my family, friends and current coworkers; | am executing this affidavit to file @ formal complaint of violation of my DATA PRIVACY RIGHTS and CHARACTER ASSASSINATION against CashLending, FastCash and JJC COLLECTION.
