Greetings!

Level IV Accreditation Phase I for the College of Teacher Education is drawing nigh.

In this connection, I would like to ask approval from your good office to hire Mrs. Jeryl May C. Nava to
help in the preparation of the documents and other office related works from February 3, 2020 to March
31, 2020. Specifically, her work are as follows:
 encode the benchmark statements for Area I to IX in two programs (BEEd and BSEd);
 sorting of documents needed for each Area;
 filing of the said documents;
 assist the task force in the preparation of their documents specifically to replace
Prof. Gaitano who is temporarily disabled and Windee Dawn Monton who is assigned at
the CAS Office
 encode the bulletin of information and student internship manual for two programs;
 assist in the preparation of the documents on the full compliance of the Team’s
recommendations during the last survey visit;
 assist and help the task force of the extension program specifically on the Drop-in Center
 assist the task force in the preparation of narrative profile which are relevant to the program
in Research, Production, Extension, and Instruction; and
 prepare the documents to be evaluated.
The fund will be taken from other general services of College of Teacher Education and College of Arts
and Sciences.
