Designer’s Responsibility:

1 Schematic Design Phase

The conceptual phase is where the designer first meets with the client to define the client’s
needs and expectations. It helps the parties arrive at a clearly defined and feasible plan of action.
This part of the contract will assess:

 The need for the designer to consult with the client to figure out the client’s .Figuring out
the space allocation needs and how to effectively use the space for a specific function.
 The designer begins creating plans and drawings for the design project.
 How sketches for floor plans, sections, elevations, etc. will be developed.
 Provide mood images and concepts for the project.
 Provide 3d Design image for exterior (3d design)
 Provide 2 Views of Interior (3d Design)
 Provide General estimate for Costing purposes.

Owner’s Responsibilities

 The owner shall provide full information regarding requirements of the project.

Mode of Payments to Designer

 Payment of 33% of 26,000 upon received of the drafts of plans and Estimate.
 Another 33% of 26,000 upon received of the drafts of 3 Perspectives
 Payment in Full upon received of revised design based from owner’s comments.

Planning with estimate- 8,000

Exterior 3d Design -6,000

Interior 3d Design – 12,000

Total -------26,000
