2. For channel Sales do an in-depth study of Tally partners. Present Tally’s model by speaking to at least 3-5
Tally Channel Partners.
3. In which category should we focus? Can we target govt sector? Give a in depth break up of total number of
stores in each category.
4. Please do SWOT Analysis for Perpule
5. What are the product features that SME would want to current feature that we have to offer? What will
help us get the virality for the application?
