Interview questions

1. From the eight approaches that we presented, which one is the most you apply in your
classroom to teach writing? Why?

2. What are the materials that you usually use in your approach to teach the students? Are
they printed or non-printed materials?

3. After you apply your approach in your writing class, how do you asses your students to know
the approach that you use is effective? What type of assessment that you usually use and
why?

4. Aside from the approach that you usually use, choose another one and compare both
approaches in the aspect of instruction, content, level of students and the impact of the
approach on the students’ performance.

5. From your point of view, do you think both approaches are relevant to Malaysian schools?

6. If you think they are relevant, suggest some improvements to the approach and if you think
they are not, recommend some changes in them.
