The CBA provided clear and concise terms and conditions that are required by law.

It substantially
complied with the law regarding the mandatory CBA provisions. The CBA provided additional provisions
such as the cash bonuses, paid leaves, benefits, and promotions. One feature of the CBA is that it has
stated a provision regarding the management prerogatives and obligations. The provisions of the CBA are
clear and can be easily understood. The terms and conditions are also fair for both the side of the
employer and the rank-and-file employees. Strikes and lockouts are prohibited by the CBA. One matter I
would like to point-out is the maternity leave being outdated. How is the union, CBA and employer going
to adopt and adjust the CBA with the newly passed law.
