When a Language Test Result is Not Required

A language test certificate is not required only, if you have:

 Completed your degree in English in an EU/EEA country, Australia,


Canada, New Zealand or the U.S.A.

o The fact that the language of education was English must be mentioned on
the Degree Certificate, Appendix, Transcript of Records or, on a separate
official document provided by the institution of higher education awarding
the degree.

o In case of proving the required language skills in English with a different


degree apart from the one providing you with the eligibility to apply,
please note that the degree is required to have been completed by the
application deadline.

 Completed your degree in Finnish or Swedish in a Finnish University or


University of Applied Sciences

o The fact that the language of education was Finnish or Swedish, must be
mentioned on the Degree Certificate, Appendix, Transcript of Records
or, on a separate official document provided by the institution of higher
education awarding the degree.

o In case of proving the required language skills with a different degree


apart from the one providing you with the eligibility to apply, please note
that the degree is required to have been completed by the application
deadline.
