HARDWARE:
This area does not the assemble of the motherboard, processor and case of the pc one by
one to finally put it in together correctly and prove if it works
SOFTWARE
They are in charge of programing and updating the operative system the computer’s needs,
installing any software the new product needs.
QUALITY DEPARTMENT
When the computer is assembled and ready to be packed, Quality department needs to
prove some of the production to see if the lot has the quality standard hoped.
PACKING AND LOGISTICS
When the samples show that the production is up to standards, the products are ready to
be put in their transport format, which is in boxes that protect the components of the unit
and most likely be their commercial form factor.
a) Packing: When the product is tested, passed the quality standard is ready to be
packed with the polyurethane that protects the pc.

PROCCESSES.
Supplement processes:
For the assembly of the computers it is necessary to have the necessary pieces and for that,
it is necessary to contact companies who elaborate the pieces such as processors, video
cards, etc. to place orders for the materials that will be needed for the computer assembly.
Manufacture processes:
Step 1. - Install Processor in the motherboard.
Step 2. - Install RAM.
Step 3. - Place SSD.
Step 4. - Install cooling system.
Step 5. - Place hard drive.
Step 6. - Install graphics card.
Step 7. - Install power supply in the cabinet.
Step 8. - Place motherboard in the cabinet.
Stop 9. - Install software.
QUALITY PROCESSES:
After finishing assembling the computer, a test is done to see if everything works as
expected, running some programs and games on the computer to see its behavior and if
something goes wrong being able to repair it in time.
SALES PROCESSES:
After having checked the quality of the product, it is packaged in a large box with a lot of
dry ice to prevent any damage along the way and then it is ready to ship or for the customer
to pick up the product.
