On 18.02.2020, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S8, SM-G950. I made this

purchase at the shop Orange situated on Avenue Decebal 23, Chișinău
2002.

Unfortunately, the product has not performed well because when I arrived
home I was unable to call and make photos and neither of it’s functions
worked properly. After that the phone’s screen turned black.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate if you would replace the

product. Enclosed are copies of my warranties and guarantees.
