Narrative Report
First, researchers viably tested 4 eggs that were freshly delivered
from the local market without cracks and smell in it. The researchers
picked 0-4 days old for more accurate and efficient data that will be
observed throughout the experiment.

The eggs were wiped with 70% of ethanol throughout its shell. Then
the process of Candling was done by placing each individual egg at a top
of a flashlight were a "X"-mark was marked in the side of the embryo.
After it, the eggs were carefully handled to put a hole at the pointed
part of the egg and with use of syringe the researchers removed 3 mL of
albumen from the egg so that the embryo will not be moved for further
experiments.

The eggs were carefully put in the box and were incubated for 3 days.
On the fourth day, the eggs were in the process of " Egg windowing" where
a 1x1 cm window drawn in the opposite side of the X-mark. And the
researchers removed the outer shell of the egg, on the spot of the window,
without affecting/removing the membrane of the egg.

In line with the Egg windowing, 4 filtered paper and 4 petri dishes
were prepared as well as the treatments. The 1st treatment was a plant
extract (Oregano), 2nd to it was an Ascorbic Acid, 3rd was water, and the
last one didn't have any treatment at all. The treatments were placed into
4 petri dishes separately where the filter papers were soaked in it for
about 5 minutes. After that, the soaked filtered papers were inserted into
the eggs' windows and was covered using a parafilm. The researchers named
the 4 eggs using Setup A for the egg with plant extract treatment, Setup B
for the egg with ascorbic acid treatment, Setup C for the egg with water
treatment, and Setup D for the egg without a treatment.

The eggs were then incubated for 7 days for the results of knowing
the primary, secondary, and tertiary blood vessels of the eggs in each
setup.

On the Eleventh day, the setups show different number of blood

vessels.
