Opening:
The meeting started with an opening prayer lead by Mr. Juan.

Agenda:
-Election of Officers

Start of the Meeting:

The election started with Mr. Juan temporarily presiding as the Secretary to conduct the election of
officers.
The Election started with the voting of the position of Vice president of the KAPA Corporation. Mr. Eli
Soriano nominated Mr. Quiboloy as the Vice President of KAPA Corporation. Mr. Marlon nominated
Deson as the Vice President of the corporation. Mr. Marlon closed the nomination which Mr. Soriano
Second the motion. Majority Voted for Mr. Quiboloy to be Vice President of the Corporation. Mr.
Quiboloy is now proclaimed to be the New Vice President of the the KAPA Corporation.

The Election for the President of the KAPA Corporation is now open. Mr. Quiboloy nominated Mr. Eli
Soriano to be the Next president of the corporation. Mr. Deson nominated Mr. Juan to be the president
of the kapa corporation. Mr. Quiboloy motioned to close the nomination with Mr. Marlon who second
the motion. Majority of the Members voted Mr. Eli Soriano to be the next president of the KAPA
Corporation.

Outcome:
President: Eli Soriano
Vice – president : Quiboloy

Other matters and concerns:

The newly elected president announced that there will be a separate meeting on July 8, 2019 to formally
start the operations of the KAPA Corporation and to discuss formally the strategies and actions they will
take to move forward on the upcoming days.
