proprietorship of BRAVO CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING SERVICES
with office address at Nagbukel, San Isidro, Isabela, constituted and appointed
MARITA MIRANDA, Single, of legal age, with residence at Nagbukel, San
Isidro, Isabela as my true and Attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name place or
stead, to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To represent BRAVO CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING SERVICES.

To submit, receive and sign all documents necessary to any
transactions; to pay all fees and charges thereof;
2. To perform those other acts necessary for the accomplishment of the

authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite,
