SUBJECT : Preparations for Incoming Family Day Christmas Party 2019

Being a time companionship and celebration, we are very glad to inform you that the Family Day 2019, an
annual event will be held in the morning 7AM-11AM scheduled on December 20,2019 at Pusok National High
School school grounds. This celebration will display both equality and equity and no prejudice within the
school population which is also befitting for the Christmas Season.

The Schedule for the Family Day Christmas Party 2019 is as follows:

• 7:00AM – Registration
• 8:00AM – Parade
• 8:30AM – Opening Ceremony
• 9:00AM – Starting of Games
• 11:00AM – Closing Ceremony

All of the students will be wearing their newly-designed batch t-shirt, please support our students by ordering t-
shirts for your family and relatives. The t-shirt will cost PHP150 per head.

Class President should monitor and cooperate with the fellow officers to guide the other fellow classmates to
their designated place per section.

Class Adviser should also assist the parents and monitor their attendance of their students. All of your
cooperation and presence is well very appreciated. Thankyou!
