I. INTRODUCTION

Should schools reward students for excellent academic performance? And what kind of reward
should be given? Giving a reward to students with excellent performance seems like a win to win
benefits on both sides. In schools many students have been given a rewards because of academic
excellence however, its seems that the students are getting paid for getting good grades lately. Cash
rewards used to motivate students to study harder and achieve better grade
