The application

ECCO and ECCOS filter ceiling air outlets/inlets used for

filtrated air supply to cleanrooms with ultra-stringent
requirements for clean air quality.
Cleanroom classes ISO3 to ISO8 according to
ISO14644-1 or Class 1 to Class 100 000 according to
U.S. General Service Administration's standards (known
as FS209E) as well as A to D of GMP are achieved
using vortex flow outlet.

Typically used in sophisticated highly sensitive industrial

processes (Life science, Laboratories, Biotechnology,
Microelectronics, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Optical,
Nano technology, Food, Aerospace, Hospitals, etc.)

The special features and benefits

§ ECCO(S) consists of an extruded, anodized
aluminum frame and air tight galvanized powder
coated steel housing (also available with a Stainless
Steel plenum)
§ Low weight and high twist strength.
§ Design of ECCO(S) enables installation in wide range
of ceilings (Grid cassette ceiling, Panel ceiling, Flush
Grid ZMAJ Panel ceiling).
§ Pressure drop ports from both clean and ceiling side
§ Simple filter replacement, cleaning and maintenance
from the clean-air-side.
§ Filter elements to be ordered separately.
§ ECCO(S) are suitable for HEPA and ULPA filters with
a 66 to 91 mm deep aluminum frame with both Gel
and PU foamed seal.
§ Extremely solid construction.
