RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING FOR APPROVAL BY THE PUNONG BARANGAY THE USE OF

ALTERNATIVE MODE OF PROCUREMENT WHICH IS SMALL VALUE FOR THE PURCHASE OF
EQUIPMENT FOR DISATER FOR USE IN BARANGAY.

WHEREAS, presented in today’s session by the Chairman is the need to purchase of EQUIPMENT
FOR DISASTER;
WHEREAS, the said mode of procurement which is small value has been resorted considering that this
used for the use of the Barangay.

WHEREAS, Small Value has been resorted to the alternative mode of procurement considering that it
is less than P50, 000.00;

NOW, THEREFORE, we the members of the Bids and Awards Committee, HEREBY RESOLVED as it
is hereby RESOLVED to recommend the alternative mode of procurement by small value for the purchase of
EQUIPMENT FOR DISASTER for the use of Barangay Balingasag;
