Research Proposal

Topic of the Report:

The research or observation will be conducted on human resource (HR) practices in the
organization and satissfaction level of the employees.

Objectives/Rationale:
Human resource program is crutial for an organization to attain the determined goal and continuous
performance improvement. Every organization now-a-days practices more or less HR program to
get employee satisfaction. If HR programs don’t match with employee expectation , it won’t be
effective that results in lower performance. In report it will be identified that whether HR practices
are effective or not.

Abstract:

The research will be conducted on HR practices that an organisation follows to motivate

employees and how effective are the practices. The effectiveness will be identified through
employee satisfaction, self-motivation for work etc.

Methodology:

Plan of Work :
 The information for the identification of result will be collected as primary information and
direct observation while working in the organization as an intern.
 The collected information will be categorized under some criteria.
 Score will be measured under some range for each criteria.
 The findings will be outlined by combining the scores of all the criteria.
