(1st paragraph) Globalization refers to a set of processes that enhance and interdependently integrate

the parts of the world. It is a process of history, the result of human innovation and technological
advancement. It refers to increasing economic integration around the world, especially through trade
and financial flows. Many people have different views of globalization. Media refers to different
communication channels such as radio, television, internet, etc. When shaping the human mind, it plays
a very important role. Mass media is a news division aiming to attract a larger audience. Many scholars
of globalization agree the media has played a major role when driving globalization.

(2nd paragraph) Globalization has a major impact on the media and on us. Globalization's most
noticeable impact is wide-spread connectivity. The advent of newspapers, magazines, internet and
television has greatly contributed to the spread of information and helped people from all over the
world to come together. This impact, however, has its own disadvantages, its advantages are much more.
The Internet has made a disruption to the media's effects on globalization. Over the past few years, the
Internet's approach to the position of media has shifted and has increased considerably. Digital media is
intensively changing consumer behavior and traditional business models for media in society. The
Internet is one of the easiest ways in today's fast-paced world to connect with the media. In addition,
even the younger generation have started adopting this with the convenience of internet connectivity to
keep themselves aware of what is happening around them. Media also uses the internet to promote and
share what they want to highlight. Television fits the audience as an eye opener. Television's role in the
globalization of media has had a profound impact on society.It has both negative and positive aspects.
Nonetheless, it is the positive effect of television that is much more than the negative and therefore the
impact on society is positive. Through writing letters and sending them by direct mails, people used to
connect when the press media had not come into the picture. The start of the media came as an
information revolution. This press media has become a medium for the data provision system to be
encouraged, predicted and assisted. This helps journalists network and has contributed to a revolution in
globalization.

(3rd paragraph) Globalization's consequences are complex, affecting different aspects of the world in
order to bring about change for the better. The effects not only affect the country's financial

conditions, but also the industrial sector and the society of the countries involved. Globalization
undoubtedly brings the world together to build "one global world," but by embracing the best of the
culture of each nation one must consider its limits and make the best use to better the nation and
oneself
