Facebook requirements:
 Post at least 1 image daily & every other day post two pictures
 Use hashtags to gain more views on your post (at least 5)
 Respond to customers questions and comments in a reasonable time
 Always maintain a professional and courteous tone when interacting with our
customers and potential customers.
Type of posts we want to stick too
 Less outfits more subcategories
o Example: 4 boots instead of an outfit with boots

Bonus criteria:
 Average 100 views in a month
 Post at least once every day for the entire month

Extra Credit
 Average 10 likes per post for the month.
(This can replace one the above listed criteria for a bonus)

Instagram requirements:

Post at least 1 image daily

 Post at least once every day for the entire month

 Gain 100 or more followers in a month

Bonus:
 Monthly average 30 likes or average 100 views = A $20 Plato’s Closet Gift Card
 Meet Bonus Criteria 3 consecutive months = another 25 cent raise
Demotion
 If you get less than 90% for 3 consecutive months (3 missed days)
 If you miss 10 days in a month

Best days and times to Post:

 Facebook: Thursday and Friday, 9am – 7pm peak hours 1-3pm
 Instagram: Monday, 3-4pm
