INTRODUCTION

Good afternoon Mr. Sukirmiyadi and all of my friends. Now, I would like to
introduce myself. My full name is Muhammad Taufik Albanjari. You could call me Taufik.
I’m 20 years old now. I was from Surabaya and born in Mojokerto on 3rd April 1999. But, I
live in Medokan Ayu 1 near UPN campus, Surabaya since 2004 with my parents and my big
brother. My Father’s name is Sugeng and his job is private employees. My mother’s name is
Listyowati and her job is teacher. I have just 1 brother and his name is Huda. I graduated
from Sixteen Senior High School, Surabaya at 2017. Right now, i am a student at Faculty of
Engineering, Environmental Engineering Department UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur, currently
in the 3rd year and in the 5th semester.

I decided to continue my study at Environmental Engineering Department because,

initially I didn’t know what major I want to choose in the college. I was just interested in
faculty of engineering without knowing what to choose a spesific major. Almost everyday, I
search about all major in faculty of engineering. First, I decided to choose oil engineering.
But, my family didn’t support my decision. And then, I changed my decision and chose
mechanical engineering. But, again, my family didn’t support my decision. They gave me
advice that Environmental Engineering was really good and promising for the future, because
nature never end with their damage. I was getting interested with environmental engineering
because of their opinion, I also love nature and currious about hazardous and toxic
substance. I searched more information about it until I was sure to choose environmental
engineering.

In my opinion, english is so important because it is the language of international

business. English has long been the default language of trade. Therefore, English is the
dominant business language and it has become almost a necessity for people to speak English
if they are about to enter a global workforce. English also can be used around the world as an
international language.
