Greetings!

The Ateneo De Manila University has ongoing project entitled, “Philippine Groundwater
Outlook”, wherein Mabalacat Elementary School was chosen as one of the sites in conducting
the monitoring of the groundwater. Workshops will be conducted regarding this project on
February 4- 5, 2020 at Xenia Hotel, Clark Freeport Zone, Clarkfield Pampanga. Attachments
were provided for your reference.

If permitted to attend these workshops, may I ask from your good office the authority to travel
for me and for my Science teacher, Ms. Aprille Joy N. Dominguez, a Teacher I of this school.
