It’s time to say GOODBYE.

Masamat Elementary School joins the DOH program in public schools in conjunction with the National
School Deworming Day on July.

Children ages 5 to 12 will benefit from the project.

Simultaneously pupils took the medicine for deworming with the assistance of teacher and barangay
health worker.

This project aims to reduce the number of children who have stomach worms that affect their health and
education.
In this regard, the DOH staff advised parents to keep the children clean, avoid playing in dirty places and
eating nutritious children.

The parents are also grateful to the DOH and DepEd l for giving children free medicine for deworming as
their children will surely be healthy and well-fed.
