Re: Proposal for a Contractual Supply of Construction Materials

Dear Ma’am:

Your company is a well-known food corporation here Zamboanga City. Just this year, your
business was recognized by the Philippine Quality Award Program (PQA) as one of the best
food companies in terms of total quality management.

On the other hand, our company is also known for providing quality construction supplies
all over Mindanao and in selected parts of Visayas. Most of the commercial establishments
in our city today were in fact in contractual agreements with our company, proving our
integrity and dedication to good service in this arena. Recently, we received a news that
your firm will be having its first branch ever in our city.

In line with your plan of expansion, we propose to offer you our products and supplies
needed in the construction of your new branch at prices subject to a formal negotiation.
This, in effect, would lessen your costs and guarantee you durability as compared to other
pioneering suppliers of construction materials in our geographical location.

We are offering your company a 5% discount on your selected expenditures. However, this
may even go higher upon our agreement on the terms and conditions which shall be
stipulated on the contract. Moreover, other privileges on your part may be disclosed during
our negotiation.
