Operations are divided into four major business segments, namely containers, bulk, break bulk and automotive. Bulk terminals handle bulk commodity through the utilization of tipplers, conveyer belts, stacker, Reclaimers and Ship loader. The ship-loaders travel along the conveyors belts where louver doors are used to allow the Ship-loaders to travel while they keep unaffected area closed in order to achieve these following objectives. The comb truss is utilized to open up the louver doors. These louver doors are the high risk to the persons and equipment if they fall down. The damaged or worn comb truss may rip off the louver doors and leads them to fall down while the machine travelling along the Gallery. It is therefore necessary to periodically refurbish or replace this component in order to achieve operational efficiency, safety compliance and equipment availability. The drawing is attached to assist on fabricating the new IMG comb truss. Note all dimensions and angles to be confirmed onsite 4.1. Fabrication and installation of comb truss 4.1.1. Fabricate the new comb truss to be same as existing. 4.1.2. Remove comb truss for the purpose of replacing it. 4.1.3. Replace the comb truss as per as existing one 4.1.4 TPT will provide the drawing, 4.2, General Service 4.2.1.
