Greetings of Peace!

The College of Business Administration and Accountancy – Student Executive Council of

Mindanao State University at Naawan will be organizing CBAA DAYS 2018 scheduled
on October 12-14, 2018. This is to allow students to enjoy and have a break from
academic pressures by engaging them in various events prepared by their college.
Several of these events will be held in the evening of the aforementioned dates.

In line with this, we would like to request from your good office to provide us with
additional security to guarantee peace and order during the conduct of these events. We
would appreciate if you can assign some ROTC officers in the venue for security
purposes.
