sources of obligations, remedies, extent of remedies

-Midterm on Saturday (fortuitous event until obligation with a penal clause). 9-11am at the AVR
-Read also pp. 9-17 of the notes
-15 MCQ, 5 Essay with sub-questions (like what would you do if you are the lawyer, remedies,
practical, what are your arguments, defenses, all about application)

-Is the nullity of an obligation cured by novation through subrogation?

-Pre-final exam tomorrow at 9am

b) Coverage is from extinguishment to consent excluding option contract
c) 60 pts in extinguishment and 10 pts in contracts on general provisions
d) Focus more on the different modes of extinguishing an obligation
