The research objective was to determine whether there is influence of

cooperative learning model Numbered Head Together toward the learning
outcomes of physics students of SMA 6 PALU. In the experimental group were
treated using cooperative learning model NHT (Numbered Head Together) and
grade control using direct learning model of instruction. After the study was
completed, a second-class return is given a final test to test results. Based on the
results of both classes, the final test obtained an experiment class’ average grade
was 13.58 with a standard deviation of 3.08 and control class was 9.89 with a
standard deviation 3.01. From the data analysis of existing final test t table value
is 1,67 while t count value is 4,61. This shows that the t value is outside the
reception area of Ho, hence Ho refused and H1 accepted. These results suggest
there is a difference between classroom learning outcomes that applied Numbered
Head Together on the straight motion matter toward class X student of SMAN 6
Palu’ learning outcomes results with classroom that applied learning models of
direct instruction. It can be concluded that, there is influence of cooperative
learning model Numbered Head Together toward SMA Negeri 6 PALU students’
physics learning outcome result on a straight motion matter.
