 With a market cap of $28.42 billion, Republic Services, Inc. (RSG) engages in non-
hazardous solid waste collection, transfer, recycling, and disposal services for municipal,
residential, and energy services customers in the United States and Puerto Rico

Waste Connections, Inc. (WCN)

 Waste Connections, Inc. (WCN) provides waste collection, transfer, disposal, and recycling
services in the United States and Canada. It operates roughly 90 active landfills, more than
145 transfer stations, and about 66 recycling centers

The corporate purpose of the Company is the design and organization of systems aimed at the
selective collection and recovery of packaging and packaging waste, for subsequent treatment and
recovery.

Likewise, the Company's corporate purpose includes financial collaboration and technical advice
with the Spanish Public Administrations for the introduction, development and improvement of
systems for the selective collection of waste and its subsequent separation by materials, in order
to be valued.

The Company, as the managing entity of the integrated management system, is financed by the
contribution of the packers for an amount for each packaged product placed in the national
market.
