My Favorite Leisure Time Activity

When I have free time, I usually play the piano. I like the sound of
the piano because it is very beautiful. Playing the piano is my favorite
leisure time activity.
Learning to play the piano is not easy an easy job. It usually takes
years for a person to play the piano well. When I started learning to play
the piano, I usually spent more than one hour practicing it. With the
passing of time, my skills became better and better. Now I can play quite
well.
When I feel bad, playing the piano is usually my first choice to ease
my mind. While my fingers are dancing on the keys, the beautiful sounds
gradually release me from my anger or sorrow. After playing the piano for
a while, I usually feel much better.
When I feel happy, playing the piano is my best way to express my
joy. Sometimes I’d sing along with the melody I play and share my
happiness with my family. As they see me playing and singing happily in
front of the piano, they know I am in a light-hearted mood and something
good might have happened to me that day.
These days I am much busier than before. There are many tests which
I need to study for. There is a lot of homework to finish almost every day. I
will not forget, however, to sit before my piano and play my favorite
melodies from time to time. I will not stop playing the piano easily
because it has become a very important part of my life.
