while at Fancheng anchorage 20th January 2020, 14:00 hrs. 2/Engr. conducted routine piston ring and
liner inspection, found out badly wear down in no.4 cylinder piston rings, and partly sharpness on liner
scavenging port. Cylinder No.2 piston rings had also partly wear down.
